  • Delivery details: shipping address, city, state and pincode (for printed books).
  • Account details: if you create an account, your login email and an encrypted password.
  • Order details: the books you buy, order amount, order status and payment reference ID.
  • Technical details: IP address, browser type and session cookies needed to keep you logged in and remember your cart.

2. Payment information

All payments are processed securely by our RBI-compliant payment gateway partner. Your card number, CVV, UPI PIN and net banking credentials are entered directly on the payment partner's secure page. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We only receive a payment confirmation and transaction reference to complete your order.

3. How we use your information

  • To process, ship and deliver your orders, and to give you access to purchased PDFs.
  • To send order confirmations, download links and delivery updates by email.
  • To answer your questions and handle replacements, refunds and complaints.
  • To prevent fraud and keep our website secure.
  • To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.

We do not send promotional messages unless you have agreed to receive them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

4. Sharing of information

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only when needed to run our service:

  • Payment gateway partner: to process your payment.
  • Courier and logistics partners: your name, address and phone number, to deliver your order.
  • Email and hosting providers: to send order emails and run this website.
  • Government authorities: when required by law, court order or legal process.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies, for login sessions, the shopping cart and security (CSRF protection). We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. If you disable cookies in your browser, some features such as the cart and checkout may not work.

6. Data security

We protect your information with reasonable security practices, including SSL/HTTPS encryption, encrypted passwords and restricted access to customer data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data retention

We keep your order and account information for as long as your account is active, and as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements under Indian law. After that, it is securely deleted.

8. Children's privacy

Our products are made for children, but this website is meant to be used by parents, guardians and teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 18. If you believe a child has shared personal information with us, contact us and we will delete it.
